I went here throughout my teens and young twenties. I went every so often for simple medical concerns (Rashes, suspected sinus infection, an infected bug bite, etc.) and for the occasional physical for my work or a university program. Now, I try to avoid going here because the wait time is often long (My longest wait in recent history was 45 minutes) and I sometimes needed a repeat visit or a visit to a walk in clinic to address the problem (For example, I came in once with classic symptoms of a sinus infection after trying to "wait it out" for a week and a half and was told I had allergies and to take allergy medication. I went to a walk in clinic and was told that I clearly had an ongoing sinus infection and upper respiratory infection). I have felt increasingly over the years that the various doctors here have not really listened to my concerns or offered options for my concerns. I rated it with three stars because I felt that Dr. Arias actually did listen, in addition to being polite, empathetic and knowledgable. If you are going to go here, I recommend attempting to schedule an appointment with her.
